Who is Vox Celestia?
Vox Celestia, which means heavenly voice, is Caroline Joy Clarke, an operatically trained English soprano. Having worked in the traditional classical music industry for years, she discovered there was a new world of clients online after she set up her own home recording studio. She has since worked with hundreds of musicians across the globe on film, TV and game soundtracks, new classical pieces and songs in many genres.
Having originally trained as a composer at Durham University in the UK, Caroline started to feel a burning desire to use this training more in her musical career... by combining her love of singing with her skills in recording multi-layered vocals, she started to create vocal soundscapes she had written herself, usually inspired by nature, spirituality or existing classical, folk and sacred pieces.
